Drugs form complexes in the blood and in tissues that contain proteins, which not only have a significant effect on the distribution of the drug, but also greatly affect the efficacy and toxicity. In the recent decade, people have been more deeply aware of the importance of the combination of drugs and proteins in medical practice and can even predict that certain symptoms are imminent. In vitro drug-plasma protein binding assays provide valuable information on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of drug-protein binding. Therefore, the determination of the degree of drug and protein molecules, not only has theoretical significance, more practical value. There are many ways to determine the combination of drugs and protein molecules. There are three commonly used methods: equilibrium dialysis; ultrafiltration and gel filtration. All three use drugs and eggs
