为防止危险性病虫草的传播、蔓延,坚决制止乱引滥调现象,进一步深入宣传植检法规和检疫知识,提高人们遵纪守法的自觉性,我市于1990年3月开展了一次检疫执法大检查。重点是检查各市、区、县种子公司、棉麻公司、种子经销大户、集体和个体种子经营单位,收到了较好效果,主要做法如下。
