目的:探讨优化抢救流程护理管理措施应用于急症重症监护室的效果。方法:丽水市中心医院急症重症监护室自2016年6月开始,建立优化抢救流程小组,明确护士职责,并加强抢救流程培训与学习,抽取80例患者作为研究对象,记录抢救工作准备时间、抢救成功率、患者家属护理满意度,并与实施前的80例患者进行比较。结果:实施后的抢救准备时间与实施前比较显著减少,抢救成功率为87.50%,与实施前的75.00%比较显著提高(P<0.05);实施后患者家属满意度为88.75%,与实施前的77.50%比较显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:优化抢救流程护理管理在急症重症监护室的应用,可显著缩短患者抢救准备时间,提高抢救成功率,提高患者家属满意度,减少护患纠纷。
Objective: To explore the effect of optimizing management measures of emergency rescue procedure in acute intensive care unit. Methods: Since June 2016, the Emergency Intensive Care Unit of Lishui Central Hospital has set up an optimized rescue procedure team to clarify the responsibilities of nurses and to strengthen training and learning of the rescue procedures. Eighty patients were selected as research subjects to record the preparation time for rescue work and rescue Success rate, patient satisfaction with family care, and compared with 80 patients before implementation. Results: After the implementation of the rescue preparation time was significantly reduced compared with before the implementation, the rescue success rate was 87.50%, compared with 75.00% before the implementation was significantly increased (P <0.05); satisfied with the patient’s satisfaction rate was 88.75% Of the 77.50% was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing the application of nursing process management in acute and intensive care unit can significantly shorten the preparation time of patients, improve the success rate of salvage, improve family members’ satisfaction and reduce nurse-patient disputes.
