住房保障制度是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,建立完善的住房保障制度是社会主义市场经济健康发展的重要保证。我国目前已经初步建立起以经济适用住房制度、廉租住房制度和住房公积金制度为主要内容的住房保障制度,但存在的问题不可忽视。本文对我国住房保障制度所包含的具体内容进行分析,寻找其中的一些问题,追究产生这些问题的原因,并提出相应的对策,希望可以在理论上为进一步完善我国住房保障制度提供参考意见。
The housing security system is an important part of the social security system. Establishing and improving the housing security system is an important guarantee for the healthy development of the socialist market economy. At present, China has initially established a housing security system based on an affordable housing system, a low-rent housing system and a housing provident fund system, but the existing problems can not be ignored. This article analyzes the specific contents of China’s housing security system, looks for some of them, investigates the causes of these problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Hopefully, it can provide reference for further improving China’s housing security system in theory.
