制备了铸态及热处理La0.80Mg0.20(Ni0.94Co0.06)3.7合金,研究了热处理工艺对合金电极的循环性能、相成分和电化学腐蚀行为的影响。SEM和EDS分析表明,热处理后合金中各相间Mg和Ni元素的浓度差降低。与铸态合金相比,热处理合金中相邻相间的腐蚀混合电位较正,二者相邻相间的最大腐蚀电流密度分别为106.1mA/g和82.4mA/g。热处理后合金相间的电化学腐蚀得到改善,故其循环性能提高。
The as-cast and heat-treated La0.80Mg0.20 (Ni0.94Co0.06) 3.7 alloy was prepared and the effects of heat treatment on the cycling, phase composition and electrochemical corrosion behavior of the alloy electrode were investigated. SEM and EDS analysis showed that the Mg and Ni element concentration difference between the phases decreased after heat treatment. Compared with the as-cast alloy, the corrosion potential of adjacent phases in the heat-treated alloy is more positive, and the maximum corrosion current density between the two adjacent phases is 106.1mA / g and 82.4mA / g, respectively. After the heat treatment, the electrochemical corrosion of the alloy phase is improved, so the cycle performance is improved.
