The local traditional agricultural production stubble to rice - rape (wheat) -based, twice a year. In order to adapt to the adjustment of agricultural structure and improve planting efficiency, we conducted the experiment of cultivating cauliflower in rice fields in 2000. As the local minimum temperature in winter is often up to -4 ℃, it is very difficult to cultivate cauliflower in winter. There are no cauliflower cultivars suitable for local overwintering cultivation at present.
