《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出:普通中小学教师要着力解决好教学内容方法单一,学生课业负担过重的问题。最为核心且亟待解决的难题是要进行观念更新,做好教学改革。以往我们认为,教师传授的语言知识越多,学生的英语考试分数越高,我们英语教学的质量就越高,因而导致学生的学习负担就越来越重。所以,现在如何减轻初中学生的课业负担,优化我们的初中英语教学也就成为我们初中英语教师必须要认真思考的课题。
The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan states that ordinary primary and secondary school teachers should make every effort to solve the problem of the single method of teaching contents and students’ overburdening of schoolwork. The most central and urgent problem to be solved is to update concepts and do a good job in teaching reform. In the past, we believe that the more language knowledge teachers teach, the higher the English test scores of students, the higher the quality of our English teaching, which leads to more and more students’ learning burden. Therefore, how to alleviate the burden of junior high school students now, optimizing our junior high school English teaching has also become our junior high school English teachers must seriously consider the issue.
