当下,房产问题成为家庭最为关注的问题之一,许多市民由于对房屋产权的基本常识和办理程序不甚了解,造成了很多麻烦。在现实生活中,不少市民对房子有很大需求,而面对房价上涨现象的愈演愈烈,如果新买房子又无力支付房款怎么办。在这种情况下,一种新兴的交易方式——“换房”就产生了。
