活塞是往复式发动机中工作条件最恶劣的零件之一,要求它耐热、耐疲劳、耐磨、膨胀小。目前国内发动机正处于更新换代,赶超国际先进水平的阶段,必须对作为发动抓的基础零件之一的活塞,加以研究、改进、提高。本文根据所收集到的国外先进国家标准、企业标准和对国外实样的试验分析,就主要技术要求与国内水平进行对比找出差距,供同行参考。
Piston is the reciprocating engine working conditions of the worst parts, requiring it to heat, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, small expansion. At present, the domestic engine is in the process of upgrading and catching up and surpassing international advanced level. Therefore, it is necessary to study, improve and raise the piston which is one of the basic components for launching the engine. Based on the collected advanced foreign countries and enterprises standards and experimental analysis of foreign samples, the main technical requirements and the domestic level to find the gap between the contrast, for peer reference.
