负压吸引人工流产术,一般用机械性扩张宫颈法,受术者多有不同程度的腰酸,下腹部坠痛等不良反应,虽大多能忍受,但也有部分受术者在术中或术后出现一系列迷走神经兴奋症状,如心动过缓、心律不齐、血压下降、恶心、呕吐、头晕等人工流产综合反应。我们采有利多卡因加阿托品混合液宫颈口局部涂药的方法扩张宫颈口,在颈防人工流产综合反应方面取得了满意的效果,现报告如下
