中国公路学会第二次全国代表大会,于一九八五年六月七日至十二日在河南省洛阳市召开.参加会议的代表来自部机关、部直属科研、教育、设计、施工、生产、出版、情报等单位;各省(市、自治区)交通厅(局);以及各兄弟单位.中国科协派员指导.新华社、中国交通报社、河南广播电视新闻中心等新闻单位也派员参加了会议,并进行了采访,报导.出席会议的代表共209名.
The Second National Congress of the Chinese Highway Society was held in Luoyang, Henan Province from June 7 to August 12, 1985. Delegates attending the meeting came from the ministries and agencies directly under the Ministry of Science, Education, Design, Construction and Production , Publishing, intelligence and other units; provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) Department of Communications (bureau); and the fraternal units .China Association of science and technology to send guidance Xinhua News Agency, China Communications newspaper, Henan radio and television news center and other news units also sent participants A total of 209 delegates attended the meeting and conducted interviews and reports.
