本文就1983年以来我科收治的64例复杂性面中部骨折作了回顾分析。并对复杂性面中部骨折的特点、开放性复位行内固定的优点、手术进路的选择、创伤性眦距过宽及晚期患者面(牙合)严重畸形的治疗进行了详细讨论。
In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed 64 cases of complex facial midfacial fractures treated in our department since 1983. We also discuss the characteristics of the complicated midface fracture, the advantages of open reduction and internal fixation, the choice of surgical approach, the extensive traumatic anomaly and the severe deformity of the occlusal face.
