用小麦白粉病菌11个生理小种的混合菌种,对山西省小麦近缘植物的4个属、15个种的63份材料进行接种,除3份免疫外,其余均接种成功。用其中3个属,11个种的39份小麦近缘植物产生的小麦白粉病菌,对小麦回接亦全部成功。小麦白粉病菌生理小种对小麦近缘植物的寄生像在小麦上一样,有明显的寄生专化性。感病小麦近缘植物的94.7%对小麦白粉病菌的感病性,随生育期增长而急剧下降。文中也初步讨论了小麦白粉病中间寄主的作用。
Inoculation was carried out on 4 genera and 15 species of 63 relatives of wheat relatives in Shanxi Province, using the mixed strains of 11 race of wheat powdery mildew, except for 3 immunizations. Wheat powdery mildew was also produced from 39 wheat relatives of three genera and 11 species, all of which were successful in wheat rewinding. Wheat powdery mildew physiological races on the wheat as the parasitic plants in the same, there is a clear parasitic specificity. The susceptibility of 94.7% of the susceptible wheat to wheat powdery mildew was sharply decreased with the growth of the growing season. The paper also preliminary discussed the role of intermediate host wheat powdery mildew.
