目的分析高、低频超声联合应用在新生儿颅脑疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院接生的360例脑疾病高危因素新生儿临床资料,本组均采用低频联合高频超声探头行颅脑超声检查,并对阳性病例或临床表现疑似者予以随访或CT/MRI检测。结果本组360例患儿共检出105例颅脑疾病,高频超声101例,低频超声78例;超声诊断新生儿颅脑疾病包括早产儿脑、颅内出血、脑室扩张与缺血缺氧性脑病等。结论高、低频超声联合应用诊断新生儿颅脑疾病可对颅脑病变情况进行全面反映,利于临床医师对颅脑疾病变化予以动态随访,从而为治疗方案制订提供参考。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high and low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal brain diseases. Methods The clinical data of 360 neonates with risk factors for brain diseases were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of brain diseases. The patients were followed up or CT / MRI Detection. Results A total of 105 cases of craniocerebral diseases, 101 cases of high-frequency ultrasound and 78 cases of low-frequency ultrasound were detected in 360 children. Ultrasound diagnosis of neonatal brain diseases including brain, intracranial hemorrhage, dilatation of ventricles and hypoxia and hypoxia Encephalopathy and so on. Conclusions The combination of high-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal craniocerebral disease can comprehensively reflect the condition of craniocerebral disease. It is beneficial for clinicians to follow up the changes of craniocerebral disease and provide a reference for the formulation of treatment plan.
