赵小燕,湖北省宜都市教研室品德课教研员,全国优秀教师,湖北省教科研100佳先进个人,湖北省品德课骨干教师,湖北省品德课优秀教研员。任泰山版《品德与社会》副主编、陕西人民教育版《思想品德》九年级副主编,湖北省农村教师素质提升工程品德学科主讲教师。课改以来,出版专著12部,发表文章80多篇,在湖北、山东等地做培训讲座40多场次。
