齿轮泵工作原理1目前,国内出版的液压传动教材与手册,对齿轮泵工作原理的解释几乎是一致的.其工作原理如图1所示,齿轮泵工作时,若按图示方向转动,右腔为吸油腔.左腔为排油腔,齿轮1为主动轮,齿轮2为从动轮.在吸油腔因相互啮合的齿轮逐渐脱开,密封工作容积腔逐渐增大,形成部分真空,如图2所示,油箱内油液在大气压的作用下,压入油泵的右腔,完成吸油.在压油腔,齿轮逐渐啮合,密封的容积腔不缩小,使工作腔内油液压力升高,获得压力油,故排出油液,送到液压系统中去.实质上,该泵单靠密封容积的变化来完成吸油,存在两个问题.其一,吸油腔自吸能力差.其二,排出的油液压力也不高.原因可从齿轮啮合的工作原理来分析,如图3所示,由
