自从臭氧洞出现,保护臭氧层的问题已成为举世关注的“热点”。前几年在国际保护臭氧层大会上有关专家呼吁“加强国际合作,拯救臭氧层”。臭氧层对人类的重要性何在?为何引起世界人们的关注呢?原来臭氧层是由无数的臭氧分子组成的。它在大气中的含量极为稀少,主要集中在离地表15～25公里处的平流层内。它的存在有强烈吸收紫外线辐射的作用,太阳中99％以上的紫外线被其吸收。所以说臭氧层对大地生物起着保护伞的作用。臭氧洞的出现意味臭氧层减少,太阳中的紫外线由此更加长驱直入,危害人体健康。近

The ozone layer is made up of innumerable ozone molecules. It is extremely rare in the atmosphere, mainly in the stratosphere 15 to 25 kilometers above the surface. Its presence strongly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and more than 99% of the sun’s ultraviolet light is absorbed by it. So the ozone layer plays an umbrella role for the earth’s creatures. The emergence of the ozone hole means that the ozone layer is reduced. As a result, the ultraviolet rays in the sun are driven further and harm human health. near
