患儿女,1天。住院号:3571。患儿出生后,家长发现其脐部巨大肿物1天,于1991年3月1日入院。为第1胎,妊期271天,由农村接生员接生。滞产儿,产后婴儿啼哭不安,排胎粪1次,量较多。在换尿布时,发现脐部巨大肿物而就医。体查T37.5℃,P150次/分,R40次/分,BP10.64/6.65kPa,身高47cm,体重3kg。皮肤、粘膜深度黄染,呈土黄色,周身浅淋巴结无肿大。五官端正,颈软,气管居中,胸对称,心律齐,心率稍快150次/分,未闻心脏杂音。呼吸音稍快40次/分,清晰。腹部饱满,肝区空虚,脾未扪及。脐部膨隆,有冲击性肿块,大小为15cm×15cm,可回纳。肠鸣音活跃。脊柱、四肢无异常,肛、外生殖器正常。生理反射敏感。巴彬斯基氏征阳性。
