近年来生理科学一个十分引人注目的进展是发现许多存在于胃肠的肽类遍布于中枢神经系统内。Rehfeld和我们用放射免疫方法检测出延脑有胃泌素存在,但它的脑内功能和对胃运动的调节作用迄今所知甚少。本工作用大鼠作慢性实验,直接给中缝核内注射五肽胃泌素对胃运动的影响及用免疫组化PAP技术显示延脑中缝核胃泌素细胞。
In recent years, one of the most dramatic advances in physiology has been the discovery that many of the peptides that are present in the gastrointestinal tract are found throughout the central nervous system. Rehfeld and we used radioimmunoassay to detect the presence of gastrin in the natriuretic but little is known about its role in the brain and its regulation of gastric motility. In this work, rats were used for chronic experiments to directly influence the pentagastrin injection on the gastric motility in the nucleus raphe nucleus and to detect the nuclear seminoma cells in the medial septum using immunohistochemical PAP technique.
