各地按照中央纪委五次全会的要求,进一步强化了党风廉政建设责任制,主要体现在加大了责任追究的力度,为反腐败各项任务落到实处提供了保证。反腐败三项基础工作,得到进一步加强。除围绕中心工作查办大量案件外,在领导干部廉洁自律方面,认真落实中央纪委五次全会的要求,并结合本地区实际,提出了领导干部廉洁自律的重点工作。在纠正不正之风方面,各地针对本地区群众反映突出的问题,加大纠风工作力度,狠抓利用“案、费、证、照”搞不正之风的顽症,重点在“减负”、“治乱”上下功夫,促进了行风好转。
