在中国传统的教育模式极其弊端不断凸显的背景下,素质教育是一个针对性极强且创新空间很大的命题,从宏观到微观不同视角去审视,在教学的思想观念、管理体制、行为习惯到模式和方法,都是创新的重要环节和巨大空间。作为处在教学一线的教师,关键是要找准找好适合学校条件、综合性资源以及自己特点的切入点,才能使教学取得成效。本人作为一名小学数学教师根据自己多年的实际教学经验,就此问题谈一点个人粗浅之见。我认为小学数学的创新教学应由浅入深地实现三大根本转变:
