以农作物的作物水分生产函数为理论基础,从经济学角度,根据边际成本和边际效益的概念,研究灌溉水价、灌溉用水量、农户收益三者之间的相互作用关系,讨论农户在一定条件下可承受的理论极限灌溉水价,为相关部门制定灌溉水价提供理论依据。以河北省冬小麦为例进行分析,绘制灌溉用水需求曲线和农户收益曲线,显示出灌溉用水量、农户收益随着灌溉水价变化而变化的趋势,并得出农户种植冬小麦时可承受的极限灌溉水价。
Based on crop water production function of crops as the theoretical basis, from the economic point of view, according to the concept of marginal cost and marginal benefit, the interaction between irrigation water price, irrigation water consumption and farmer’s income is discussed. Under certain conditions, The theoretical limit irrigation water price can provide a theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate irrigation water price. Taking winter wheat in Hebei Province as an example, the demand curve of irrigation water and the yield curve of farmers are plotted.
