作为重要信息收集、贮存和开发利用的档案部门,面临着信息网络化、档案信息开发利用多样化和管理现代化的重要挑战。建筑设计领域内的基本档案信息资源,是该领域内信息传递、科学研究、图文参考的重要依据。本文针对目前建筑设计档案大量的存而不用的现实,加强档案信息的编研工作,搞好档案信息的开发应用,提高利用率,使信息资源共享,是建筑设计行业档案保存的重要价值所在。尤其是在目前情况下,要提倡拓宽服务领域,使建筑设计信息和科技信息活动向经济、社会领域延伸,提供形式多样的服务,更好为领导决策服务、为建筑设计服务。
The archival department that collects, stores and exploits important information is confronted with the important challenges of information networking, the diversification of the development and utilization of archives information and the management of modernization. The basic archives information resources in the field of architectural design are the important basis for information transmission, scientific research and graphic reference in this field. In this paper, a large number of architectural design files to save the reality, strengthen the archival information research work, improve the development and application of archival information, improve utilization, information sharing, is the archiving of architectural design industry an important value. Especially in the current circumstances, we should promote the expansion of service areas, extend the field of architectural design information and scientific and technological information activities to the economic and social fields, provide various forms of services, and better serve the leading decision-making services for architectural design.
