目的研究甘草酸在急性缺血 /再灌注肾损伤修复过程中的作用。方法 :无创动脉夹夹闭双侧肾蒂造成大鼠急性缺血 /再灌注模型 ,以甘草酸腹腔注射后 ,测定肾损伤修复中的血尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)等指标变化 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :与对照组相比 ,缺血 /再灌注后给药组大鼠血BUN ,Cr升高幅度降低 ,恢复时间缩短 ,血MDA ,LDH升高幅度降低。结论 :甘草酸可减轻肾缺血 /再灌注损伤 ,促进肾损伤修复。
Objective To study the role of glycyrrhizin in the repair of acute ischemia / reperfusion kidney injury. Methods: Acute ischemia / reperfusion model was induced by occlusion of bilateral renal pedicles with a noninvasive arterial clip. After intraperitoneal injection of glycyrrhizin, the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), malondialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and other indicators, and compared with the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the increase of BUN and Cr, the recovery time and the decrease of blood MDA and LDH in the blood of the rats in the administration group after ischemia / reperfusion were decreased. Conclusion: Glycyrrhizinate can reduce renal ischemia / reperfusion injury and promote renal injury repair.
