目的了解某市各级医疗机构消毒质量现状。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对江苏省句容市辖区内各级医疗机构不同消毒对象进行抽样检测和评价。结果连续6年期间从该地区各级医疗机构采集不同消毒对象标本11 073份,平均合格率为92.9%。市级医院消毒质量合格率为97.6%,乡镇医院监测合格率为82.3%。各种监测对象中,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为96.3%。结论句容市各级医院的消毒质量合格率整体较好,但压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量值得重点关注。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in medical institutions at all levels in a city. Methods Sampling and evaluation were carried out on different disinfection objects of medical institutions at all levels in Jurong City, Jiangsu Province through on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative detection methods. Results For 6 consecutive years, 11 073 specimens of different disinfection objects were collected from medical institutions at all levels in the area, with an average pass rate of 92.9%. Municipal hospital disinfection quality pass rate of 97.6%, township hospital monitoring pass rate of 82.3%. Among various monitoring objects, the pressure steam sterilizer pass rate was 96.3%. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality at all levels of hospitals in Jurong is overall good, but the quality of sterilization of pressure steam sterilizer deserves special attention.
