75mg/kg体重的碳尘,给Wistar大鼠一次性气管注入染毒。染毒后30min、1天、4天、15天四个时段的测定结果表明:肺表面活性的物质较对照组明显增多。肺巨噬细胞的吞噬功能在染毒后30min时降低,其它三个时间段与对照组具有明显差异。

The results of the four periods of 30 min, 1 day, 4 days and 15 days after exposure showed that the active substance on the lung surface increased significantly compared with the control group. The phagocytosis of pulmonary macrophages decreased at 30 min after exposure, and there were significant differences between the other three time periods and the control group.
