初中阶段的数学课程学习相较于小学阶段而言,范围显著扩大,内容不断深入,学生对于数学的学习还没有形成一种概念与习惯,在学习过程当中很容易变得迷茫,不知道自己的真实水平,也不能够对知识进行良好的运用。发展性评价,就是利用多种评价手段,让学生获得自身发展状况的反馈,从而能够了解自身能力与状况,明确自己在数学学习当中进一步发展的方向与目标。同时也能够帮助教师明确教学目标,根据学生的发展变化及时调整课堂教学策略。因此,初中数学教师需要将对学生的发展性评价应用到课堂教学中来,借助评价结果促进学生以及教学的发展。本文将探讨初中数学课堂学生发展性评价策略,为初中数学课堂的提升出谋划策。
