This article focuses on the incidence of major chromosomal abnormalities in children aged 7 to 8 years. The authors conducted a chromosome study of 4,342 children. These include 2,186 boys (1,442 whites, 729 blacks, 14 other races and 1 unidentified races) and 2,156 girls (1,365 whites, 768 blacks and 23 other races). 67% of the children of the studied children are white, 32% are blacks and 1% are other races. Mother’s age is 12 to 48 years old. Most white people are 20-29 years old (65.2%), while blacks are 15-24 years old (63.5%). All children are using peripheral blood for chromosomal culture. Each child with 2 to 3 cells with G-band method of photography and analysis. Whenever chromosome abnormalities, then to 10 ~
