近年来,权利冲突问题在知识产权领域层出不穷,备受关注的商标法第三次修改已落下帷幕,然而域名与商标权利的冲突随着互联网络和电子商务的迅猛发展愈演愈烈,如何协调各方利益成为知识产权法的重要任务。本文通过分析讨论域名与不同类型的商标权利之间的冲突,提出相应的建议,为完善我国域名相关法律规范提供思路。
