已有的相关文献主要探讨机构投资者在公司治理中的角色和作用,较少从另外一个角度考察机构投资者持股决策中是否存在公司治理偏好。基于此,本文重点以我国上市公司为样本,实证研究公司治理与证券投资基金持股的关系。研究结果表明,我国证券投资基金持股决策与上市公司的公司治理水平具有显著关系。
The existing literature mainly discusses the role and function of institutional investors in corporate governance and seldom investigates the existence of corporate governance preferences in institutional investors’ shareholding decisions from another perspective. Based on this, this paper focuses on the listed companies in China as a sample, empirical research on the relationship between corporate governance and securities investment fund holdings. The results show that the decision-making of securities investment funds in China has a significant relationship with the corporate governance of listed companies.
