采用大鼠四血管关闭全脑缺血方法,动态观察48只大鼠脑的皮质、基底节与丘脑以及脑干中去甲肾上腺素(NA)和多巴胺(DA)在不同缺血时间含量的变化.结果显示大鼠脑缺血时存在脑单胺递质的紊乱,其中NA的含量在各脑区多为升高,且相互之间呈正相关关系;DA在脑干与皮质降低,在基底节与丘脑呈双向波动,各脑区的含量变化不存在相关关系。在皮质NA与DA变化呈负相关,在基底节与丘脑则呈正相关,在脑干则不相关。这些发现提示脑缺血时各脑区的单胺递质有着不同的变化。
The changes of cortical, basal ganglia and thalamus, as well as the contents of noradrenaline (NA) and dopamine (DA) in brainstem of 48 rats under different ischemic time . The results showed that brain monoamine neurotransmitter disorder exists in rats with cerebral ischemia, in which NA content in each brain area increased, and a positive correlation between each other; DA brainstem and cortex decreased in the basal ganglia and Thalamus showed two-way fluctuations, the content of each brain area does not exist the correlation. In the cortical NA and DA changes was negatively correlated, in the basal ganglia and thalamus was positively correlated, but not in the brainstem. These findings suggest that there are different changes in monoamine neurotransmitters in various brain regions during cerebral ischemia.
