介绍纸张专用精细白油的功能,并对其性能指标进行分析,得出该白油开发的技术难点是脱硫脱氮,含量要均小于0.5ppm,稠环芳烃饱和且芳烃含量小于0.02%。通过循环加氢工艺、循环氢干法脱硫工艺和两种半成品油在线混合技术解决方案,使其硫、氮、芳烃含量达标,性能参数优化,实现新型环保纸张改性专用精细白油产业化。
The paper introduces the function of paper special fine white oil and analyzes its performance index. It is concluded that the technical difficulty of the development of white oil is desulfurization and denitrification, the contents are all less than 0.5ppm, the condensed aromatic ring is saturated and the aromatic hydrocarbon content is less than 0.02%. By circulating hydrogenation process, circulating hydrogen dry desulfurization process and two kinds of semi-finished oil online mixing technology solutions, so that its sulfur, nitrogen, aromatic content standards, performance parameters optimization, to achieve a new environmentally friendly paper modified special fine white oil industrialization.
