通过近些年的教学观察、实践、反思,我们可以深切体会到传统的教学观念所存在的弊端与不足。在传统的教学中,过分注重教师的教,从而忽视学生学的主体地位。新课程改革主张教师要照顾到每个学生的个性差异和个性化发展,并且新课程根据知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观对课堂教学提出了更高的要求。现在,教师逐渐意识到了在学生群体中所藴含的教育资源,所谓的同学施教和同伴教学就是通过先让一部分学生掌握内容,然后这部分学生对没有掌握教学内容的学生进行指导。在实际课堂教学中群体对于学生价值观的影响也是不容小觑的。
Through the observation, practice and reflection in recent years, we can fully understand the shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional teaching concept. In the traditional teaching, too much emphasis on the teaching of teachers, thus neglect the dominant position of students.
