提高电解磨削加工的精度对于电源来讲也是极为重要的因素,我们在试验过程中发现了此问题,现介绍如下供参考。我厂试验电解成型磨削加工织针方法是探用成型的外园电解砂轮进行磨削,织针排列成板,放置平面吸铁台上,运动方式如平面磨一样。试验初期使用三相全波500A/o-24伏硅整流器,使用该电源时发现在加工同一板织针中起始端和终端的切削量比中间的切削量大得多,这一问题的存在对于成批生产带来很大问题。
