随着经济技术的发展,越来越多的企业采用国际化战略,广泛地参与国际竞争,积极地探寻更好的发展空间。在此过程中,构建高效、通畅的国际化供应链管理体系,以增强企业竞争力成为必然趋势。国际供应链上企业之间的合作,会因为信息不对称、扭曲、市场不确定性以及其它因素的变化,而导致各种风险的存在。本文通过对供应链管理国际化的必然趋势进行论述,在对供应链管理国际化发展分析的基础上,阐述供应链管理国际化中存在的风险,探讨风险的控制策略,有助于企业识别供应链中存在的风险,积极规避风险。
With the development of economy and technology, more and more enterprises adopt international strategies, participate in international competition extensively and actively explore better space for development. In this process, it is an inevitable trend to build an efficient and smooth international supply chain management system to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
