随着我省实施“走出去、请进来”的外向型战略,我省利用外资的步伐逐步加快,涉外企业发展迅速,对促进我省经济和社会事业发展的贡献越来越大。1996年我省地税部门接手涉外地方税收管理工作后,各级地税部门紧紧围绕地方税收工作的总体要求,大力组织涉外地方税收入,认真贯彻涉外地方税收有关政策,积极开展涉外地方税收各项工作。努力探索涉外地方税收管理新机制,涉外税收工作取得了较好的成绩。
With the implementation of the export-oriented strategy of “going out, inviting in” in our province, the pace of using foreign capital in our province is gradually accelerating. The rapid development of foreign-related enterprises has contributed even more to promoting the economic and social development of our province. In 1996, local taxation departments in our province took over the work of tax administration in foreign-related places. Local taxation departments at all levels focused on the general requirements of local taxation work, vigorously organized tax revenues in foreign-related places, conscientiously implemented relevant taxation policies in foreign-related places, and actively carried out tax-related work in foreign-related places . Efforts to explore new mechanisms for tax administration in foreign-related places have made good achievements in tax-related work in foreign countries.
