中芥蓝系1985年引进的蔬菜品种。经过一年试种,表现产量高、品质脆嫩甜美。一、主要特征特性:中芥蓝属中熟的芥蓝品种,全生育期为60天左右。花苔、花茎为主要食用部分。叶色浓绿,蜡粉少,叶较稀,主苔中部膨大,株幅较小,株高33厘米左右,茎叶质地脆嫩,纤维含量少,主苔重约100克,主苔收获后,侧苔分生能力较好,平均达2.5条左右,侧苔重约100克,侧苔收获期较短。根据1985年试种,主侧苔亩产达4712公斤,比本地芥蓝品种高,且全生育期短,品质优。
