我国是个农业大国,农村人口多,这个基本国情,是我们考虑全部问题的出发点。可以说,农村工作做得好坏,直接关系到建设有中国特色社会主义事业的兴衰成败。做好农村工作至关重要。本人根据多年农村工作的经验,就这个问题谈点粗浅的看法。 用好人。一是要正确掌握农村干部的德才标准。考察干部的德,既要看干部的马列主义水平、政治立场、党性修养、思想作风、道德品质,又要看其是否真心实意拥护党在农村的路线、方针、政策。是否清政廉洁,求实务实。考察干部的才,既要看文化、专业知识水平,又要看改革开放意识、开拓创新精神。还要看领导才能。二是不搞“求全责备”。农村工作千头万绪,有些工作
