首例以油菜杂合型不育株204A(Msmsrfrf)与恢复系83248(msmsRfRf)为材料,通过杂交、自交、兄妹交,成功地转育成纯合两型系48AB(1MsMsrfrf:1MsMsRfrf).该方法具有技术简便、见效快的特点,是目前想获得纯合两型系而只有杂合两型系(Msmsrfrf×msmsrfrf)的育种者可借鉴的一种快捷方法。
The first case was a hybrid homozygous male sterile line 204A (Msmsrfrf) and restorer line 83248 (msmsRfRf), which were successfully transformed into homozygous two-line type 48AB (1MsMsrfrf: 1MsMsRfrf) by crossing, selfing and sibling. The method has the advantages of simple technique and quick response, and is a shortcut method borrowed by breeders who want to obtain two types of homozygous plants and only two types of hybrids (Msmsrfrf × msmsrfrf).
