目的:通过实验研究探讨益寿饮延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:采用小鼠颈背部连续45 d sc D-半乳糖溶液制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型,分别ig 3个不同剂量的益寿饮(1,2,3 g生药·kg-1)、阳性药物(维生素E 20 mg·kg-1)及蒸馏水,45 d后测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)和大脑组织中单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力。结果:与模型组相比,益寿饮3个剂量组及阳性药物组均能显著提高模型小鼠血清中SOD,CHE活力(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著降低大脑组织中MAO活力(P<0.01),与空白对照组接近。结论:益寿饮延缓衰老的作用可能与提高机体内SOD,CHE活力,降低MAO水平有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Yishou Yin’s anti-aging effect through experimental research. METHODS: Subacute aging models were established in mice by dorsal cervical spine for 45 days sc D-galactose solution. Three different doses of Yishou Yin (1,2,3 g crude drug · kg -1), positive drug (Vitamin E 20 mg · kg-1) and distilled water, and the activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), cholinesterase (CHE) and monoamine oxidase (MAO) in brain tissue were determined after 45 days. Results: Compared with the model group, the three doses of Yishou Yin and the positive drug group could significantly increase the activity of SOD and CHE in the serum of model mice (P <0.05, P <0.01), and significantly reduce the activity of MAO in the brain tissue P <0.01), close to the blank control group. Conclusion: The effect of Yishou Yin on delaying aging may be related to the increase of SOD and CHE activity and the decrease of MAO level in the body.
