本文从心理契约的基本理论入手,研究了高中英语教学中心理契约的主要特征,阐明了心理契约理论在高中英语教学中具有提高教学凝聚力、培养学生形成良好的学习氛围、培养学生学习兴趣,全面提高听、说、读、写能力,帮助教师改进学习方法等作用,进而提出一些建议,从而有效地利用心理契约理论,完善高中英语教学的方式方法,实现有效教学的目的。
