观察了川乌与白芍及川乌与防己两组药对配伍前后对小鼠热板疼痛和家兔Ｋ~＋皮下致痛、齿髓致痛３种疼痛实验模型的影响。发现两组药物在配伍后均可使镇痛作用明显增强，并且镇痛持续时间显著延长，其中多数测定结果均优于消炎痛和各药单独使用，有统计学意义。
The effects of Chuanwu and Baiji, Chuanwu and Fangji on the three pain models of mouse hot plate pain and K~+ subcutaneous pain and dental pulp pain before and after compatibility were observed. It was found that the combination of the two drugs can significantly increase the analgesic effect, and significantly prolong the duration of analgesia, and most of the results are better than indomethacin and the use of each drug alone, with statistical significance.
