结合变电站自动化通信系统的特点,文章提出了一种面向功能的信息资产识别方法。通过构造功能树建立资产识别的树状模型,并定义关键度作为衡量资产重要程度的参数;利用关联因子衡量资产之间的关联,通过构造关联矩阵,定量的分析不同资产对系统的关键度;进一步根据不同功能对电力一次系统的影响程度,提出了系统级的资产量化方法。最后结合IEC61850标准构建了评估实例,验证了资产识别方法的有效性。
Combined with the characteristics of substation automation communication system, this paper presents a function-oriented information asset identification method. The tree model of asset identification is constructed by constructing the function tree and the key degree is defined as the parameter to measure the degree of asset importance. The correlation factor is used to measure the relationship between assets, and the incidence matrix is used to analyze the key degree of different assets to the system quantitatively. Based on the influence of different functions on the primary power system, a system-level method of asset quantification is proposed. Finally, an evaluation example is constructed according to IEC61850 standard, which verifies the effectiveness of the asset identification method.
