一、前言杨树溃疡病系由杨树溃疡病菌(Dothio-rella gregaria Sacc)无性世代所致。该病害在陕西、山西、河北、辽宁、黑龙江、山东、北京等北方地区普遍发生,危害严重,常致苗木及大树大量枯死。近年来,国内在病原菌的确定、病害的发生发展规律、树种的抗菌性等方面进行了系统的研究,取得了显著成绩。但对病害防治方面的研究开展较少。为了寻求较为有效的防治药剂,本试验就8种农药对杨树溃疡病菌的毒力进行了室内测定,以供生产上进行药剂防治试验的参考。
I. Introduction Poplar canker is caused by asexual generation of Dothio-rella gregaria Sacc. The disease in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Beijing and other northern areas of widespread, serious harm, often caused by a large number of dead seedlings and trees. In recent years, the domestic in the pathogen identification, disease occurrence and development of law, the species of antimicrobial and other aspects of a systematic study and achieved remarkable results. However, less research has been done on disease prevention and control. In order to seek a more effective control agent, this experiment on eight kinds of pesticides on the virulence of poplar canker indoor determination for the production of pharmaceutical control test reference.
