本文采用访谈法、观察法、逻辑分析等对体育教师发展性评价理论与评价指标体系进行深入研究,结果发现,体育教师基本素质、工作职责、工作绩效和教师发展构成了过程评价、动态评价和形成性评价,体现了评价指标体系的发展性以及评价为了体育教师发展的目的。发展性评价体系有助于客观、准确地评价中学体育教师业绩,较奖惩制更利于教师的自我发展。
In this paper, through in-depth study on the theory and evaluation index system of PE teacher’s developmental evaluation, we use interview, observation and logical analysis to find out that PE teacher’s basic qualities, job responsibilities, job performance and teacher’s development constitute the process evaluation, dynamic evaluation and The formative evaluation reflects the development of the evaluation index system and the purpose of evaluation for the development of physical education teachers. Developmental evaluation system helps to objectively and accurately evaluate the performance of secondary school PE teachers, more rewarding punishment is more conducive to the self-development of teachers.
