在信息资源的地域性流动过程中,县级图书馆起着承上启下的关键性作用,然而随着信息化时代的到来,与全国平均水平相比县级图书馆无论从硬件还是软件方面都有很大的差距,这影响了县级图书馆的生存和发展。本文阐述了县级图书馆发展的现状,并就存在的问题提出了解决的对策,旨在为县级图书馆的可持续发展提供建设性意见。
In the process of regional flow of information resources, the county-level libraries play a pivotal role in connecting and opening up. However, with the advent of the information age, the county-level libraries have a lot of advantages both in terms of hardware and software compared with the national average Big gap, which affected the survival and development of county-level libraries. This article elaborates the status quo of county-level library development and proposes solutions to the existing problems in order to provide constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of county-level libraries.
