目的:测定不同采收月份和年限金钗石斛中石斛碱的含量,探索不同采收月份和年限石斛碱含量变化规律。方法:采用气相色谱法测定不同采收月份和年限金钗石斛中石斛碱的含量。结果:不同采收月份中,9月份石斛碱含量最低,为0.239%,1月份石斛碱含量最高,达0.559%,不同采收年限中,一年生石斛碱含量最高,达0.546%。结论:不同月份、不同年限的金钗石斛中石斛碱均有明显差异,实验为金钗石斛采收期的确定提供评价依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of dendrobin in Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Different harvesting months and years, and to explore the changes of the content of dendrobium in different harvesting months and years. Methods: Gas chromatography was used to determine the content of dendriticin in Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Different harvesting months and years. Results: In the different harvesting months, the content of dendrobin in September was the lowest (0. 239%). The content of dendrobin in January was the highest (0.559%). The content of annual dendrobinin reached the highest in 0.546% during different harvesting years. Conclusion: There are significant differences in different types of dendrobin from Dendrobium nobile in different months and years. The experiment provides the basis for the determination of the recovery period of Dendrobium nobile.
