目的观察紫菜多糖对急性酒精灌胃小鼠胃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响,探讨其保护胃黏膜免受损伤的机制。方法将小鼠分为生理盐水组、模型组和低、中、高剂量紫菜多糖组。制作急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型,测定小鼠胃溃疡指数及胃组织SOD、GSH-Px。结果高、中、低剂量紫菜多糖组小鼠胃溃疡指数均低于模型组,高、中剂量紫菜多糖组小鼠胃组织SOD、GSH-Px高于模型组并呈一定剂量依赖性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论紫菜多糖可通过提高急性酒精灌小鼠组织SOD、GSH-Px保护胃黏膜免受损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of laver polysaccharides on the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in gastric mucosa of mice fed with intragastric administration of ethanol, and to explore its mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa from injury. Methods The mice were divided into saline group, model group and low, medium and high doses of laver polysaccharide group. Acute alcoholic gastric mucosa injury model was made. Gastric ulcer index and SOD, GSH-Px in gastric tissues were determined. Results The indexes of gastric ulcer of mice in high, medium and low doses of laver polysaccharides were lower than those in model group. The SOD and GSH-Px in gastric mucosa of high and medium dose of laver polysaccharide groups were higher than those in model group (P < 0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Porphyra yezoensis can protect the gastric mucosa from injury by increasing the SOD and GSH-Px levels in mice.
