李皆辉,生于1970年10月,2003年6月加入中国共产党。他,当过工人,从事过个体运输,经营过旅游度假村和水产养殖公司,2005年通过村民选举成为袁家沟村的新一任当家人。正是在他的带领下,袁家沟村积极通过产业结构调整和环境治理,使村民的收入和生活水平有了很大的提高,村级财力更以每年25%的速度不断递增。2008年,袁家沟村又成为旅顺口区政府集中打造的两个精品村庄中的一个,这也使袁家沟村的新农村建设进入了一个全新的发展阶段,并走出了一条独具特色的科学规划和生态发展之路。2008年11月,大连市委、市政府领导带领各区、市、县120多人来到袁家沟村学习交流先进发展经验。今年7月8日,市政府领导再次来到袁家沟村,把它作为典型新农村进行视察工作,并对袁家沟村的美化、绿化、硬化、亮化、净化工作给予了高度认可。近年来,袁家沟村先后被评为辽宁省先进村和新农村建设示范村先进单位,被认定为国家新农村建设试点单位。李皆辉本人也荣获旅顺口区先进党支部书记、区新农村建设先进工作者,辽宁省新农村建设十大魅力人物等荣誉称号。
Li Jiehui, born in October 1970, joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 2003. In recent years, Yuanjiagou Village has been rated as advanced unit of advanced villages in Liaoning Province and new village construction demonstration village advanced unit, was identified as the national new rural construction pilot units. Li Jiehui himself also won the honorary title of advanced party branch secretary of Port Arthur District, advanced worker of new rural construction, and top ten charismatic characters of new rural construction in Liaoning Province.
