一、提高认识,不断增强广大指战员参加扶贫工作的责任感。各部队和各级人武部门坚持用邓小平同志关于贫穷不是社会主义的观点统一官兵的思想。《国家八七扶贫攻坚计划》下发后,总政治部向全军下发了《关于进一步做好军队扶贫工作的意见》,要求各部队从维护大局,履行我军宗旨的高度,进一步认清扶贫工作的重大意义,继续努力做好这一工作。通过教育,部队普遍认识到帮助贫困地区群众尽快解决温饱问题,实现共同富裕目标,是促进改革、发展、稳定的战略措施,是
